10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. eejll may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 or the equivalent account balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts. Users agree to resolve disputes with eejll on an individual basis only. Users waive any right to bring claims against eejll as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

12. Amendments to Terms
